Injector Removal and Installation Guide

1. The basic steps of removing the oil injector, as shown in the figure above
 (1) First, release the connection nut of the high-pressure oil pipe and remove the high-pressure oil pipe and its fixing clamp.
 (2) Next, remove the oil pipe.
 (3) Remove the fixed nut of the oil injector, and then use a special tool to remove the oil injector assembly.
 (4) Fix the removed oil injector to the tiger clamp and remove the protective cap with the wrench.
 (5) Then, the adjustment screw will be rotated out with a single screw screw.
 (6) In this process, it is also necessary to remove the gasket, adjusting spring and the core shaft.
 (7) ensure that the nozzle of the oil injector is facing up, remove the cap nut of the nozzle with the sleeve wrench.
 (8) Finally, remove the needle valve coupling, the disassembly work is completed.
2. Oil injector installation
 (1) First, the needle valve fittings are carefully loaded, and ensure that the positioning pin on the valve body is accurately aligned with the positioning hole on the injector body.
 (2) Then, according to the prescribed torque, tighten the nozzle cap nut to maintain stability.
 (3) Subsequently, install the core shaft and adjusting spring to ensure their correct position.
 (4) Using a single screw lathe, the adjustment screw will slowly spin in, pay attention to force control.
 (5) Install gaskets and protective caps to protect the internal structure of the oil injector.
 (6) carefully install the installed oil injector back on the cylinder cap, and tighten the fixed nut of the oil injector according to the prescribed torque.
 (7) Finally, install the high-pressure oil pipe and its clamping plate, as well as the return oil pipe of the oil injector, so that the refurbishment of the oil injector is complete.
